Each item in the Collection is selected through a combination of member input and expert sourcing, with an emphasis on provenance, rarity and long-term desirability. While every asset is subject to market dynamics, our focus lies in curation and preservation: identifying vehicles and pieces that hold or appreciate in value through disciplined selection, maintenance and timing.

Participation takes place on a per-item basis, with each asset divided into a number of shares that members may acquire individually or in multiples. These shares are transferable between members, allowing a degree of liquidity throughout the holding period. At the end of each term, members vote collectively on the exit plan, whether to extend the holding period or bring the item to market. If unanimity is not reached, existing holders have the option to acquire remaining shares at the current market valuation, ensuring both fairness and continuity of stewardship.

The Collection evolves annually through member votes, balancing iconic modern performance cars with historically significant models and collectible automotive art. Managed entirely by Midnight Club, each asset is professionally stored, maintained and showcased across private events, exhibitions and grand tours throughout Europe.
